Cancellation & Refund Policy

A project is confirmed only after the booking advance is received and the final design and quotation are approved by you in writing (email or WhatsApp).

• Design & booking advance: 10% of the project value to lock the quote and begin detailed design
• Production advance: a further 40–50% before materials are ordered and factory production begins
• Pre-dispatch / installation: balance payable before dispatch and installation, as per the milestone schedule in your agreement
• Final handover: any retention amount cleared on completion and snag-list sign-off

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. As work, materials and production are committed in stages, the following charges apply based on the project stage at the time of cancellation:

Custom-made and made-to-order units are produced specifically for your home and cannot be resold — please confirm your design before approving production.

Certain elements of your project are non-refundable once committed, regardless of stage:

• Design, 3D visualisation and consultation fees
• Custom-cut materials, laminates, boards and made-to-order hardware
• Factory-finished modular units already in production
• Advance payments to third-party vendors (glass, stone, appliances, false ceiling)
• Civil, electrical, plumbing and painting work already executed on site

We reserve the right to cancel or pause a project due to force majeure events, non-payment, unsafe site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

• Any amount paid for work not yet executed will be refunded within 7 business days
• We will offer to reschedule or resume the project where reasonably possible
• We are not liable for any consequential losses (e.g., alternate accommodation, delays caused by third parties)

• Design changes requested before production begins — accommodated free of charge within the agreed scope
• Changes after design sign-off may attract a revision charge and revised timeline
• Changes after materials are ordered are billed at actuals for the additional material and labour
• Installation dates can be rescheduled with at least 5 days' notice, subject to availability

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
• Debit / Credit Card: 7–10 business days (subject to bank processing time)
• Cheque (if applicable): 10–14 business days

Refund requests are processed only after written confirmation and reconciliation of work done. Please share your bank details via WhatsApp or email to initiate the transfer.

In the event of any dispute, our team will attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 7 business days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We strongly recommend reviewing your design, quotation and payment schedule carefully before approval, and raising any concerns before production begins.
