Transform your bathroom into a spa-like retreat. From modular vanity units and glass shower partitions to complete bathroom renovations with Kohler/Jaquar sanitary ware, premium tiles, waterproofing and smart storage — designed for Jaipur homes. 400+ bathrooms renovated. 4.9★ rated service.

Bathroom renovation in Jaipur starts from ₹80,000 for a basic upgrade (new tiles, sanitary ware and fittings) and ranges to ₹3 Lakh for a premium bathroom with modular vanity, glass shower partition, designer tiles, Kohler/Jaquar sanitary ware and complete waterproofing. At Jaipur Home Interiors, every bathroom renovation includes: demolition of old tiles and fittings, professional waterproofing with Dr. Fixit (mandatory), new vitrified tile work, branded sanitary ware and fittings, vanity unit, glass partition, mirror with LED frame and exhaust — all delivered by one team under one contract with a 10-year warranty.

A bathroom renovation done wrong is one of the most expensive mistakes a homeowner can make. Poor waterproofing leads to water seepage into walls and floors within 2–3 years — causing paint peeling, structural damage and mould. Wrong tile selection leads to cracking or water absorption. Cheap sanitary fittings fail within a year. In a bathroom, there is almost no room for DIY or low-cost short-cuts — because the costs of getting it wrong far exceed the savings.
At Jaipur Home Interiors, we handle complete bathroom renovation with the same rigour as a premium hotel refurbishment — professional waterproofing with Dr. Fixit as the non-negotiable first step, Kajaria/Somany anti-skid tiles, Kohler or Jaquar sanitary ware, Saint-Gobain glass partitions and branded aluminium profiles. Every bathroom comes with a 10-year warranty covering waterproofing, tiles, fixtures and vanity.
Dr. Fixit or Sika waterproofing membrane on all walls and floors — the most important step in any bathroom renovation
Kohler, Jaquar and CERA WCs, wash basins and shower systems — tested for quality and longevity
Kajaria and Somany anti-skid floor tiles, large-format wall tiles, feature wall tiles — precision laid with minimal grout gaps
Saint-Gobain toughened glass partitions with frameless or semi-frameless aluminium profiles — clean, modern shower enclosures
PVC-core or WPC vanity units with waterproof laminate, basin countertop, LED mirror and storage drawers
Demolition, civil, plumbing, tiles, fittings, electrical — one team, one contract, no coordination needed
Many Jaipur homeowners attempt bathroom renovation through a local plumber or tiles contractor. Here's an honest comparison of what professional bathroom renovation delivers versus the typical DIY/local approach.
| Feature | ✦ Professional Renovation | Local Plumber / DIY |
|---|---|---|
| Waterproofing | Dedicated waterproofing specialist — Dr. Fixit membrane with 15-year guarantee | Often skipped or done with cement-based coating only — fails within 3–5 years |
| Tile Work | Specialist tiler with laser level — minimal grout gaps, no hollow tiles | General mason — inconsistent grout lines, hollow spots, re-work common |
| Sanitary Ware | Branded Kohler / Jaquar / CERA — specified in quotation | Often local or grey-market fittings even if branded ones were quoted |
| Glass Partitions | Saint-Gobain toughened glass — professionally templated and installed | Local glass — inconsistent thickness, no tempering guarantee |
| Plumbing | Concealed plumbing with CPVC pipes — planned and executed to code | Often surface-run pipes or thin PVC — leaks within a few years |
| Accountability | Single contract — one party responsible for all defects and warranty | Multiple contractors — blame-shifting when issues arise |
| Timeline | Firm milestone dates — typically 2–3 weeks for complete renovation | Open-ended — projects often drag to 4–6 weeks with multiple interruptions |
| Warranty | 10-year written warranty on waterproofing, tiles and all fittings | No warranty or verbal promise — no recourse for defects |
| Cost Transparency | Fully itemised quotation — every tile, fitting and labour charge listed | Lump-sum estimate — cost increases during execution are common |
| Upfront Cost | 10–20% higher upfront — but far better value long-term | Lower quotation upfront — but higher total cost after revisions and re-work |
Bathroom renovation is one area where professional execution pays for itself. The consequences of poor waterproofing — water seepage, structural damage, mould — are extremely expensive to fix after the fact. A professional bathroom renovation done right lasts 15–20 years with minimal maintenance. A local plumber renovation often needs major re-work within 3–5 years. The cost difference is smaller than most homeowners expect — and the outcome difference is enormous.

Real reviews from Jaipur homeowners who renovated their bathrooms with us — 4.9★ from 400+ completed bathroom renovation projects across Jaipur.
“We completely renovated our master bathroom — Kohler WC, Jaquar shower set, frameless glass partition, marble walls and a double vanity. The result is like a five-star hotel bathroom. JHI handled absolutely everything — demolition, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, fittings and the vanity. The 3D design was spot-on and they finished in 3 weeks exactly as promised. Zero leakage issues six months later.”
“Got both attached bathrooms renovated in our 3BHK. JHI did both simultaneously in 2.5 weeks. The waterproofing they did is clearly professional — our previous tiles had leakage problems and we were worried. They used Dr. Fixit and explained every step. The Somany tiles and Jaquar fittings look amazing. Very happy with the result and the transparent pricing.”
“Our guest toilet was the most embarrassing part of our home. JHI transformed it into a stunning powder room with a dramatic feature wall tile, floating vessel basin, wall-hung WC and an LED backlit mirror. Guests always comment on it now — one of the best investments we've made. The whole project was done in under 10 days and the itemised billing was perfectly transparent.”

Bathroom renovation cost in Jaipur typically ranges from ₹80,000 to ₹3 Lakh depending on the bathroom size, tiles chosen, sanitary ware brand and scope of renovation. A basic upgrade (waterproofing, new tiles, CERA/Hindware fittings) costs ₹80,000–1.1 Lakh. A complete renovation with Jaquar sanitary ware, glass partition and modular vanity costs ₹1.5–2.2 Lakh. A premium/luxury bathroom with Kohler fittings, marble or imported tiles and frameless glass costs ₹3–5 Lakh. We provide a free, fully itemised quotation so you know exactly what you're paying for — before any work begins.
Absolutely — waterproofing is the single most important step in any bathroom renovation and should never be skipped or reduced in scope. Without proper waterproofing, water seeps into the walls and floor within 2–3 years, causing paint to peel in adjacent rooms, structural wall damage, mould growth and plaster crumbling. Fixing water seepage after tiles are laid costs far more than the waterproofing itself. We use Dr. Fixit crystalline waterproofing on the floor and all walls up to 600mm height (900mm in shower zones) — the same standard used in premium hotels.
A vanity unit is a cabinet-style basin unit with storage drawers and shelves underneath — it gives you counter space and conceals plumbing pipes inside the cabinet. A pedestal basin is a freestanding wash basin supported by a ceramic or porcelain pedestal — it has no storage and exposes some plumbing, but has a classic, clean look and is easier to keep hygienic. For most Jaipur bathrooms — especially where storage space is limited — a wall-hung or counter-top vanity unit is the better choice. Pedestal basins work well in compact powder rooms or bathrooms with a traditional aesthetic.
For a shower glass partition, the minimum recommended thickness is 8mm toughened safety glass. This provides enough rigidity for a frameless or semi-frameless partition without flex. For large frameless panels (over 900mm wide), 10mm or 12mm glass is recommended. Standard framed partitions can use 6–8mm glass. The glass must be ISI-certified toughened glass (IS:2553) — not regular float glass, which can shatter dangerously. We exclusively use Saint-Gobain toughened glass, which comes with a quality certification.
Both Kohler and Jaquar are excellent brands, but they serve slightly different price points and aesthetics. Kohler (American brand, made in India) offers more contemporary designs, superior flush technology and a premium feel — priced at ₹8,000–25,000 per WC unit. Jaquar (Indian brand) offers excellent quality at a slightly lower price point and has a wider network for after-sales service in Jaipur — priced at ₹5,000–15,000 per WC unit. For mid-range projects, Jaquar delivers exceptional value. For luxury projects, Kohler or American Standard are preferred. CERA and Hindware are reliable, budget-friendly options for essential renovations.
A standard bathroom renovation (30–50 sqft) in Jaipur takes 2–3 weeks from start to finish. The timeline breaks down as: 2–3 days for demolition and plumbing rough-in, 2–3 days for waterproofing application and curing, 3–5 days for tile laying and grouting, 2–3 days for vanity, glass partition and sanitary ware installation, and 1 day for accessories, final grouting and cleaning. Larger bathrooms or luxury renovations with marble or imported tiles take 3–4 weeks. We provide a milestone-based timeline with every project.
Technically yes, but it is almost always inadvisable. Tile-over-tile renovation (adding new tiles over existing ones) saves demolition cost but increases floor height (a problem at doorways), may loosen existing tiles causing hollow spots under new tiles, and — most critically — leaves old defective waterproofing in place. Since most bathroom leakage problems originate at the waterproofing layer, covering old tiles without addressing waterproofing just postpones (and worsens) the problem. We always recommend proper demolition and re-waterproofing — it costs more upfront but is the only renovation that lasts 15+ years.
Yes — we handle the complete scope including plumbing. This includes relocating the WC position, moving the wash basin, changing the shower location, replacing existing supply pipes with CPVC pipes, repositioning drain points and integrating hot water geysers. We have in-house plumbers who work as part of our bathroom renovation team — you don't need to coordinate with an external plumber. All plumbing changes are reflected in the 3D design and itemised quotation upfront.
Bathroom renovation in Jaipur costs ₹2,500–₹6,000 per sqft of bathroom floor area depending on the scope and finish level. A basic bathroom renovation (mid-range tiles, standard Jaquar fittings, no glass partition) costs ₹2,500–₹3,500/sqft. A standard renovation with premium tiles, Kohler sanitary ware and a semi-frameless glass shower partition costs ₹3,500–₹5,000/sqft. A luxury bathroom with imported large-format tiles, Kohler or Grohe fittings, frameless glass shower, LED mirror and custom vanity costs ₹5,000–₹8,000/sqft. A typical 40 sqft attached bathroom renovation in Jaipur costs ₹1–2.5 Lakh all-inclusive.
For bathroom tiles in Jaipur, Kajaria and Somany are the top two brands for quality and anti-skid certifications. Kajaria's 'Eternity' and Somany's 'Durastone' ranges offer premium bathroom-specific tiles with R10 anti-slip ratings, backed by strong after-sales and consistent quality. Johnson Tiles and Asian Granito are solid mid-range choices. For imported stone-look tiles (Italian marble look), Nitco and Simpolo offer excellent options at ₹100–200/sqft. We do not recommend unbranded or no-name tiles for Jaipur bathrooms — the anti-skid rating is non-negotiable for safety.
Looking for the best bathroom interior designer in Jaipur? Jaipur Home Interiors designs and renovates bathrooms for apartments, villas and independent homes across Jaipur — from basic tile and sanitary upgrades to complete luxury bathroom renovations with Kohler fittings, marble walls and frameless glass shower enclosures.
A complete bathroom renovation covers: demolition of old tiles and fittings, professional waterproofing (Dr. Fixit crystalline membrane — the most critical step), plumbing modifications (CPVC supply pipes, drain repositioning if needed), tile work (anti-skid floor tiles, large-format wall tiles), sanitary ware (WC, basin, shower system), vanity unit, glass shower partition, LED mirror and accessories. At Jaipur Home Interiors, all of this is covered under one contract by one team — no separate plumber, tiler and carpenter to coordinate.
Bathroom waterproofing is non-negotiable. In Jaipur, we regularly encounter homeowners whose walls in rooms adjacent to bathrooms are peeling, damp and mouldy — all caused by poor or absent waterproofing during the original bathroom construction. Once tiles are laid, fixing waterproofing requires demolishing everything and starting again — a far more expensive proposition than doing it right the first time. We apply Dr. Fixit crystalline waterproofing (a two-coat system with 15-year guarantee) on all floors and walls up to 600mm height, and up to ceiling height in shower enclosures.
For bathroom floors in Jaipur, we recommend anti-skid vitrified tiles with an R10 or higher rating (the international anti-slip classification). Floor tile sizes of 300×300mm to 600×600mm work well. For walls, large-format tiles (600×300 to 1200×600mm) are the current preference — fewer grout lines mean a more hygienic, easier-to-clean surface and a more contemporary look. We source from Kajaria and Somany — both have a wide range of bathroom-specific tiles with anti-skid certifications.
Glass shower partitions define the shower area while making the bathroom feel open and spacious. Three main types: Framed partitions (aluminium frame with 6–8mm glass — most affordable, ₹8,000–15,000); Semi-frameless partitions (minimal aluminium frame with 8–10mm glass — the most popular choice, ₹15,000–25,000); Frameless partitions (no visible frame — 10–12mm toughened glass with concealed hardware, the most premium look, ₹25,000–40,000). All glass is Saint-Gobain toughened safety glass.
Realistic bathroom renovation costs in Jaipur (2026) for a 35–50 sqft standard bathroom: Basic upgrade (Dr. Fixit waterproofing, Kajaria tiles, CERA fittings, wall-mounted vanity) — ₹80,000–1.2 Lakh; Complete renovation (premium tiles, Jaquar sanitary ware, glass partition, modular vanity, LED mirror) — ₹1.5–2.5 Lakh; Luxury renovation (imported/marble tiles, Kohler sanitary ware, frameless glass, double vanity with quartz countertop, rain shower) — ₹3–5 Lakh. Powder room (15–20 sqft) renovation — ₹60,000–1.2 Lakh.
